GeneTraffic R Integration Install Notes

Simply install the GeneTraffic R Integration package with the command:
 R INSTALL GeneTraffic_1.0.1.tar.gz (for Unix systems)
 Rcmd INSTALL GeneTraffic_1.0.1.zip (or Packages -> Install package from local zip file from the R GUI) (for Windows systems)
