Drosophila
Septic Infection Data
Two tab-delimited
text files derived from SAM (Significance Analysis of
Microarray), SAM-rel90minutes.txt [1KB]
and SAM-wt90minutes.txt [6KB],
are available for downloading. These files were generated
as the result of two-class (unpaired) analysis for wild
type and rel fly strains untreated and 90 minutes post
septic infections from the "Spellman Affymetrix
Data Project". Their use is demonstrated in the
above VIDEO.

Project
Management in GeneTraffic
VIDEO: Data
and Project Management in GeneTraffic (22 min)
This video illustrates
management of data and projects in GeneTraffic using the “backup” and “restore” functions
for project archiving, as well as the “download project
summary” function to export all of a project’s
data into a series of spreadsheets.
