• Tutorial Video: Loading Two-Color Microarray Projects into GeneTraffic Duo. This tutorial shows new users how to create (and fully annotate) a two-color microarray project using GeneTraffic.

• Tutorial Video: Project and Data Management in GeneTraffic. This tutorial demonstrates how to manage microarray data in GeneTraffic on three levels:
  
  The Backup function is used to archive entire microarray projects onto various storage media. Restoration of these compressed projects onto any GeneTraffic server can be done using the Restore function.
  
  The Export function exports the original data and images used to create a GeneTraffic project. Load, analyze your data, and retrieve the initial raw files from the relational database at any time.
  
  The Download Project Summary function exports all data and annotation from a microarray project into a series of summary spreadsheets. Use these spreadsheets to analyze your data offline, to share data with collaborators lacking access to GeneTraffic software, or as a summary of the sample/gene annotation used in the project.
