GeneTraffic Demonstration Project 1 is an Affymetrix® GeneChip® project comparing gene expression profiles of two mice groups: those that underwent an exercise regime and those that did not. Each hybridization is represented by one CEL file and one CHP file. In summary, the archive includes the following files:

GeneTraffic Demonstration Project 2 is a spotted microarray project comparing the expression of genes treated with three different drugs to a common control hybridization.
