Septic Infection Data
Two tab-delimited
text files derived from SAM (Significance Analysis of Microarrays),
SAM-rel90minutes.txt [1KB] and SAM-wt90minutes.txt
[6KB], are available for downloading. These files were generated
as the result of two-class (unpaired) analysis for wild
type and rel fly strains untreated and 90 minutes post septic
infections from the "Spellman Affymetrix Data Project".
Their use is demonstrated in the above VIDEO.
