A single mouse-click from the Hybridization Navigator screen takes you to a simulated false-color image of the chip. The simulated chip image is based on the numerical data contained in the hybridization's CEL file. Each pixel represents one probe's intensity on a scale from extreme low (black) to saturation (bright yellow). Red pixels represent probes for which data is not available.
