GeneTraffic UNO This package allows you
to import, visualize and interpret Affymetrix GeneChip microarray
data (in CHP, DAT and CEL files). Gene Traffic UNO comes
preloaded with comprehensive gene annotation and supports
rich data visualization. You can also apply powerful alternative
probe-level analysis methods such as Robust Multi-Chip Analysis
(RMA) and Model-Based Expression Index (MBEI) to your raw
GeneChip data.

Import, examine and run
statistical analysis on standard two-color ratio-based microarray
experiments. GeneTraffic supports MIAME-compliant data entry
and comprehensive data normalization including LOWESS subgrid
normalization. GeneTraffic DUO also enables deep data validation
through its aggregate statistics and the ability to see the
raw microarray images.
