GeneTraffic® is a complete line of server-based systems, which can be used for both Affymetrix GeneChip® or standard two-color microarray data analysis. Each product allows users to import, visualize, interpret and store microarray data in a full-featured, secure data management environment.
The IobionLab Family of Products
IobionLab is a suite of four desktop bioinformatics applications. ArrayAssist is used for the analysis of Affymetrix GeneChip data, PathwayAssist, for the analysis of biological interactions and mining of the literature with MedScan, an advanced natural language processing tool. GeneSolve and ProteinSolve are used for DNA and protein sequence analysis.
